Rates & Memberships

  • The Snowmass Village Recreation Center is open 7 days a week all year. We are closed on the following holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Labor Day.

  • No. Anyone from residents, to visitors can use the Recreation Center. It is a great place to meet new people, or see some familiar faces from the community.

  • Yes. Group fitness classes are available to both members and non-members. If you are not a current member, you can simply purchase a daily drop-in for $15.

  • All group fitness classes are appropriate for all levels. Regardless of your endurance, strength, or athletic ability, qualified instructors will tailor the class for you. Beginner to advanced, you can't go wrong.

  • Our friendly and knowledgeable Recreation Center staff-members are available to provide instruction on the safe use of our cardio and weight equipment. But, if you're looking for more than a basic overview, personal training is available. Qualified personal trainers can work with you to not only provide in-depth instruction on technique, but tailor a fitness program to meet your specific goals.

Kids Camps

  • No, kids may be dropped off late and picked up early. If a child is going to be late please call the recreation center front desk immediately. Parents are encouraged to be familiar with the weekly schedule found on both our website and recreation center front desk. Children will not be allowed to be left at the facility after the group has departed for a field trip.

  • The recreation center sells hot food in the summer. During the school year, kids must have a packed lunch. Snack items are available year round for purchase.

  • While we are licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Resources for ages 5 - 14, our average camper is between the ages of 5 and 11.

  • Drop off and pick up locations vary depending of time of year. Drop off 8:00am—9:00am at Town Park Station (Summer) or Recreation Center (School year.) Pick up is between 4:30pm - 5:00pm at Town Park Station (Summer) or Recreation Center (School year)

  • Lunches and snacks are NOT provided. Each camper should bring a sack lunch, two snacks and drink daily. Small selection of lunch and snacks are available for purchase at center. All other camp expenses (field trips) are covered in daily camp admission fees.

  • The recreation center does not have a towel service. However, towels are available for purchase at the front desk.

  • Yes. All guests entering the facility are required to swipe in or pay daily admission fees. We have limited space available on the pool decks during peak times.

  • Yes. Guests may bring in outside food to the facility, however there is not glass or alcohol allowed. Please keep in mind we have a limited number of tables and deck space during peak hours. A variety of beverages and snacks are available for sale throughout the year, and hot food is sold during the summer.

  • No. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Snowmass Village Recreation Center.

  • In the case of a thunder storm, the pool and pool decks will be cleared and closed. Closures will last 30 minutes from last sight/sound.

  • Personal trainers create and manage their own schedules, depending on availability. Once you purchase a personal training package, your trainer will contact you to develop a schedule that meets your specific needs and goals.

  • Personal trainers can assist you in meeting a variety of health and fitness goals, which include but are not limited to weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, sport specific training, as well as flexibility and balance training.

  • Single sessions are available, however most people find that they need multiple sessions to orient themselves to a routine that meets their goals.
