Pilates Mat

Class Description

The Pilates Method is a unique series of exercises developed to strengthen and tone core muscles, improve posture and flexibility, unite body, mind, and spirit, and create a streamlined shape. 


  • Beginner through Advanced


  • Included with a Recreation Center membership or punch pass. 
  • $15 for drop-ins


  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:10 - 6:05p.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-12:45 p.m.
