Spring has Sprung!
The days are getting longer and warmer, drawing us outdoors. The Snowmass Village Recreation Center's fitness classes can help get you ready for your warm weather outdoor activities. We offer Indoor cycling classes, excellent preseason training for the cycling enthusiast. Pilates Mat and Core classes are great for strengthening your core for golf, biking, paddle boarding and other sports. A strong and supple core can help enhance performance and may decrease the chance of injuries.
