New Fitness Class, New February Fitness Class Schedule
Cardio Box is one of the hottest fitness trends for 2018. Come join us for a fun and easy to follow boxing class. Starts February 21st and runs through March 21st. Space is limited so sign up soon!
Starting February 1st some Fitness Class times will change: TRX Plus will start at 10:45 am, All Level Yoga will start at 5:15 pm, and HIIT will start at 6:15 pm, to accommodate your schedules better.
The morning and evening Indoor Cycling classes will now be an hour long.
