The Town of Snowmass Village has partnered with CivicPlus to redesign our website snowmassrecreation.com as well as implement a new management software solution. Both the new website and improved software are live!
The new website will give you the ability to:
Conveniently view notifications, inbox messages and calendars
Easily browse and register for programs and rent facilities
Ability to browse and purchase memberships and punch cards
Ability to print receipts, view account statements, pay balances
Create and edit accounts inclusive of your whole family
With this implementation it is our hope the changes make our services more accessible, intuitive and easy to navigate. Everything will also be mobile-friendly, so citizens can register for events from a smartphone or tablet.
As we transition, please be prepared to stop at the recreation center front desk upon your next visit to update your Account Profile or follow the steps below to update online by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Login to your Account
As a recreation center member, you will already have an account set up with the email address in which you are receiving the message. You will be prompted when logging in for the first time to reset your password. Please click “forgot password” and proceed with the email address associated with the account to be assigned a new password for CivicRec.
Note: Our current software system and history will be terminated at the end of the year. Please submit request for all 2019 transactions history such as childcare and membership statements/receipts for insurance or benefit reimbursement to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to December 15th, 2019.
