Sports Conditioning

Class Description
No matter your sport of preference, Sports Conditioning is a high energy cardiovascular workout to get you ready for any activity from skiing to hiking. Like Cross Fit, this class helps develop muscular strength, explosive power, endurance, balance, and flexibility through functional exercise. Workouts will be tailored to your individual sport or abilities.  

  • Beginner through Advanced
  • Included in a Recreation Center membership or punch pass. 
  • $15 for drop-ins.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7 p.m.
