Yoga

There are three types of Yoga classes offered at the Recreation Center including All Level Yoga, Sunrise Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga.

All Level Yoga
All level yoga focuses on a flow of yoga postures linking breath and movement. the class is designed to build strength, increase overall flexibility, and develop balance for all fitness levels.

  • Included with a Recreation Center membership or punch pass. 
  • $15 for drop-ins

Yoga
Snowmass Village Recreation Center
Sunrise Yoga
This early morning gentle flow yoga class will help you start off your day on the right foot. The class is perfect for all levels of yoga with an emphasis on learning and refining posture.

Cost
  • Included with a Recreation Center membership or punch pass.
  • $15 for drop-ins
Schedule
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Adaptive Yoga
This class is open to anyone looking for gentle flow yoga who may need extra assistance. The instructor and aids will be available to help individuals adapt poses and find a mode of practice that meets their physical needs. This class is designed in part for individuals with disabilities, but all are encouraged to participate.
